The 2023 HPSS User Forum is for the HPSS community comprised of collaboration development,
deployment, and industry members. This year’s Forum will be an in-person-only event in Houston, Texas.

$450 US
$550 US after the registration deadline
Your HUF registration fee will include:
- Monday happy hour.
- Morning beverages, lunch, and snacks throughout the day Tuesday through Thursday and morning beverages on Friday.
- An evening dinner.
Fees for the HUF do not include the following:
- Meals, other than lunch, and snacks throughout the day.
- Lodging.
- Travel Expenses.
- Transportation.
- Anything not included above.

Payment methods are:
- Company issued purchase order
- Company issued check
- Credit card (American Express, Visa, or MasterCard)
- Wire transfer
Please indicate the payment method on the registration form below. Based on the payment method, additional payment instructions will be provided to you.
Payment must be received no later than two weeks before the HUF begins.
If you’re with IBM and plan to attend, please let us know and we’ll share other cost recovery options.
Cancellation Policy
We really hope you do not have to cancel. Cancellations received two weeks before the HUF begins are subject to a cancellation fee of 25%. If there is a need to cancel, please notify Marsha.
No-Show Policy: People who registered for the HUF and fail to attend are subject to a no-show fee of 100%; we’re sorry we missed you.
